Rowan Kase

General Manager

Originally from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Rowan Kase spent most of his upbringing in the coastal town of Bar Harbor, Maine and began his career in hospitality at just 12 years old, bussing tables at a local seafood restaurant. Over the years, he honed his skills and expanded his experience, working as a sommelier at the acclaimed Havana in Bar Harbor and later as a fine wine sales representative with Central Distributors in Maine. His depth of knowledge in wine and service, combined with his leadership style, made him a natural fit for management roles in hospitality. 

Now based in Greenville, South Carolina, Rowan brings his experience and guest-focused philosophy to Indaco, where he serves as the General Manager. His approach to hospitality is grounded in warmth, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed, valued, and eager to return. At Indaco, Kase is committed to creating a supportive and collaborative environment for the 40+ person team, ensuring they have the training, tools, and encouragement needed to succeed. He thrives in the vibrant energy of the restaurant and is excited to be part of a concept where the food, atmosphere, and team truly speak for themselves. 

Outside of work, Kase enjoys walking his miniature Dachshund, Otto, spending time with his fiancée, Emily, along with cooking, swimming, and reading.
