Hospitality has always been an integral for Tiffany Pahlavan, General Manager of Indaco in Nashville, TN. Pahlavan began working in the industry at an early age, and she quickly found meaning in creating memorable guest experiences.

Throughout her career, Pahlavan has held many roles across the service industry, from Lead Server at Chancellor’s House in Oxford, MS to working her way from Server to Bartender and then to Assistant General Manager at O-Ku in Nashville, TN.

With a bachelor’s degree in psychology and sociology from the University of Mississippi, Pahlavan’s education shaped her people-first leadership approach and equipped her with a unique perspective. Pahlavan aims to foster a positive, productive work environment for the team and empower them toward growth. One of the elements she values most is curating Indaco’s “surprise and delight” program, which offers personalized moments for guests celebrating special occasions. Ensuring exceptional hospitality through thoughtful touches is central to her core principles. Excited by Indaco's contribution to the Germantown neighborhood, Pahlavan strives to lead that effort, making meaningful connections with guestsfrom the local community and beyond––inspiring her team to do the same.

When she’s not at the restaurant, Pahlavan enjoys spending quality time with her and family, friends, and boyfriend, whether it be watching sports or exploring a place.
